This brand is the maintenance and rehab desk for realty companies and property managers. We bid from timestamped pictures or videos. Local independent contractors perform the work. The firm price is locked in writing. That price does not change unless the customer signs a change order after the scope expands.

UIR Realty Rehab is not a real-estate brokerage. It does not hold itself out as a general contractor on this desk. Where a trade or a state requires a license, that contractor must be properly licensed. Permits are pulled where required.

The closer and the crew are people. Anything that needs a yes goes to the owner.

What we will not claim

We do not claim HUD approval. We do not claim to be a licensed brokerage. We do not claim W-2 crews in every city. We do not publish a map of markets we have not actually staffed. Coverage is confirmed on the request, every time.
