What a scope is
A scope is a line-item estimate built from the timestamped photos or video you send. It is not a locked price.

Why this page exists
Homepages and how-it-works talk about Request → Scope. This page is the Scope step: what you get back after you email media.
How a scope is built
1. You email uirrealtyrehab@gmail.com with the address and timestamped photos or video (start a request).
2. We review that media. Email first — we look at the file before we call.
3. You get a line-item scope. That is an estimate.
4. A person sets the firm price in writing. No casual email number is a locked price.
5. After that written price, the number does not move unless the work grows after start and you sign a change order.
What the scope usually includes
- Line items for the work visible in the media
- Notes on access, occupancy, and dump/haul when relevant
- Whether a licensed trade is required for a line
- Clear statement that coverage still must be confirmed before accept
What a scope is not
- Not a verbal walkthrough quote
- Not a promise that a crew is already booked
- Not a homeowner handyman estimate
- Not a locked price until a person puts the firm price in writing
Crews
Local independent contractors do the field work. They are anonymous to the public desk and are not UIR employees. Coverage for Louisville, Bowling Green, and other Kentucky markets is confirmed before we accept. If we cannot staff it, we decline.
