Who should apply
Independent contractors in lawn and snow, trash-out, cleaning, general repair, lock and board-up, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, restoration, rehab, and occupancy inspections. If you have employees, workers’ compensation belongs in the file. If you do not, use the no-employees attestation.
How work is offered
Coverage is a file. A market is staffed when we can put you on a property with insurance on file and a photo spec you will actually shoot. Applying does not guarantee volume. A match is a follow-up from the desk, not an automatic dispatch.
