How this line runs

Send proof that possession is lawful, the address, access, and timestamped photos or video if you have them. We confirm coverage. A local independent contractor is sent for field work only.

If the house is still occupied, they do not go in to remove people. You go back to your attorney. When the house is vacant, we can run securing, trash-out, make-ready, or repairs as separate approved scopes.
