A scope starts from timestamped photos or video, not from a cold call. Email the address and the media, or use the request form. We review that, then we call if a conversation is needed.
We do not publish a public phone on this site. The customer phone on the request form is so we can reach you after the media is in.
What to put in the email
Firm name, your name and title, city and state, property address, occupancy and access, the service you think you need, and timestamped photos or a walk-through clip. That is enough to start a scope.
