UIR Realty Rehab
Services
Inspection through rehab for realty companies and property managers. Each line has its own page. A scope is an estimate. The firm price comes in writing.
This desk is built around the work realty companies and property managers actually order: occupancy, securing, lawn and snow, trash-out, make-ready, repairs, hazard coordination, rehab, work after lawful possession, and REO packages.
Pick a line, send the address and timestamped photos or video, and we bid from that media. Coverage is confirmed before we accept the job. Local independent contractors perform the field work.
How to order
Use Request a scope. One asset is enough to start. If you are not sure which line fits, describe the house and attach the media — we will not force a maid clean onto a trash-out or a lock change onto an occupied unit.
Price rule on every line
A scope is an estimate. A person sets the firm price in writing. That price does not change unless the work grows after start and you sign a change order. Permits are pulled where required.
Occupancy & condition inspections

Securing / lock change / board-up
