Use of this website is not an accepted job. A submitted request is a request for a scope. Every job is bid from timestamped pictures or videos. A scope is an estimate, not a quote. A firm price comes only from the human closer, in writing.
Once that firm price is given, it does not change unless the scope of work expands after the contractor starts. Expanded work is performed only after the customer signs a change order.
UIR Realty Rehab is a division of Universal Interiors Remodel and Construction LLC. It is not a real-estate brokerage. It does not hold itself out as a general contractor on this desk. Local independent contractors perform the work. Where a trade or a state requires a license, that contractor must be properly licensed. Permits are pulled where required.
UIR does not evict people and does not give legal advice. After lawful possession, UIR may coordinate lock change, securing, clean-out, and condition reporting.
Do not send pictures or video of occupants. Do not use this form to request forced removal of people or skip-permit work.
