UIR Realty Rehab
Who we serve
Built for realty companies and property managers. Not a homeowner handyman service. Not a listing brokerage.
UIR Realty Rehab is a maintenance and rehab desk for operators. The first audience is realty companies and property managers. We also work with REO brokers, investors with a real portfolio, and asset managers who need a vacant house handled.
We do not take homeowner one-off handyman jobs. We do not sell houses. If you need a kitchen remodel as a consumer, this is the wrong site.
What operators usually need
Eyes on a vacant unit. A house locked after keys walk. Grass off a violation list. Contents out with dump receipts. A make-ready that can show. A repair bid from pictures. A specialist when mold or bio shows up. A unit turn. Field work after lawful possession. An REO checklist run by one desk instead of five vendors.
How a firm starts
Send one address and the timestamped photos or video. You do not need a master service agreement on the first request. Coverage is confirmed before we accept. If the market is not staffed this week, we decline.
Realty companies and property managers
Independent brokerages and teams with rentals or REO. Property management companies. Realty companies that already take maintenance calls from owners. The person who writes is usually the one who has to produce a photo pack and a price the owner will sign.
Who usually calls
- Broker/Owner
- Director of Property Management
- REO Manager
- Operations Manager
- Asset Manager
- Lead Property Manager
Also a fit
We also work with REO brokers, investors with a real portfolio, and asset managers who need a vacant house handled. That work is real. It is not the homepage. Realty and property management stay first.
Who we do not serve
We do not take homeowner one-off handyman jobs. We are not a licensed brokerage and we do not sell houses. We do not evict people. Vendors apply on their own form — a contractor request is not a buyer job.
When firms usually call
- New management contract
- A wave of turns
- Code notices
- Winterization season
- Insurance claim
- Vacant REO sitting dirty
- Usual vendor no-show
