Maid and make-ready clean
Turn cleaning so a vacant unit can show or rent.
A make-ready clean is the turn clean so a vacant unit can show, list, or rent. Kitchens, baths, floors, leftover small debris — photographed room by room when the work is done.
It is not a trash-out and it is not hazard work. Hoarding, sewage, or biohazard is a different line, scoped with licensed specialists.
Who it's for
Realty companies and property managers turning a vacant unit to show, list, or rent after contents are out and the obvious repairs are done — or as the last step before photos go to the owner.
What you buy
Vacant make-ready clean: kitchens, baths, floors, leftover small debris. Photo set of every room when the work is done.
What's typically in the scope
- Kitchen and appliance wipe-down that is still in the unit
- Baths, including fixtures and floors
- Floors throughout as ordered
- Leftover small debris that is not a trash-out
- Room-by-room after photos
Jobs we see on this line
- After trash-out, before listing photos
- Between tenants on a managed rental
- REO make-ready against a conveyance checklist
- Owner asking for show-ready, not a remodel
How this line runs
Send timestamped photos or video of every room, especially kitchens and baths. If the house is still full, that is a trash-out first — we will say so instead of selling you a maid clean that cannot be done.
A local crew cleans the vacant unit after coverage is confirmed. The after pack is what you send to the owner. If the crew finds sewage, bio, or a hoarding load, they stop and the desk rebids that piece.
Timing
Same-week scope from timestamped photos or video. Crew only after coverage is confirmed. A dirty vacant with contents still in it will be declined as a maid clean and pointed at trash-out.
How photos and video work
Every room, wide shots first, kitchens and baths, floors after the clean. Before shots from the request pack stay with the file. See photo and video standards.
What this does not include
Hoarding, sewage, or biohazard is not a maid clean. That is hazard work with licensed specialists. Occupied units are not cleaned around people. We do not wash occupant belongings and we do not store them.
Coverage
Nationwide desk. Local crews. We confirm coverage before we accept the job. Send the city on the request. If we cannot staff that market, we decline instead of taking the job and missing it. Coverage.
